Purpose	For the advice and provision of our professional services in judicial and extrajudicial matters, including the invoicing of our fees, collection and accounting.
Legitimation	The legitimisation of the processing is the contractual relationship for legal advice and the fulfilment of the professional and legal obligations derived from the same. Likewise, express consent legitimises the sending of additional communications and information on the firm's services and activities, not directly related to this assignment.
Addressees	The personal and/or confidential data provided may be communicated in the written documents and in the documents attached to them to Courts, Tribunals or any Public Administration, as well as to lawyers, solicitors, experts or other professionals involved in the cases.
Rights	The Client has the rights recognised in EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on General Data Protection and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights. In particular, the Client may access, rectify and delete the data, request data portability, oppose or request the limitation of its processing.
